Concrete color pigments are colorful options that give your project a unique and beautiful look.

Integral color simply means the color is mixed into the entire batch of concrete... Which, for you, means your entire concrete slab has consistent color throughout. ...Some installers will use a color hardener. This only colors the very top of your concrete. If simply resurfacing your existing project, this can be a more cost effective way to add color effects (Stardek offers the most reliable concrete overlay systems in North America with a 10 year guarantee on their product)...

...But, if for any reason you chip a small spot in your slab, "gray" concrete (and the intermixed aggregate will show right through.

We highly recommend doing the job with pre-pigmented concrete, and with PC&C, you are guaranteed the highest quality results.

While we suggest using Davis Colors more than any other competing brand, there are times when alternative colors and compositions will validate your suggestions. Almost all clients have a tendancy towards the earthtone colors (read:brown). We respect your individuality and encourage you to choose concrete colors which reveal what you want out of your investment. While a wide array of colored concrete borders can accent a typical project with aplomb, it is not uncommon to realize that concrete colors which blend in with their environment not only accent that environment, but also maintain a sense of continuity between hardscape, landscape, and setting.
